This Privacy Policy explains how CincyCashFlow (cincycashflow.com), operated by Ian Cruz, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, subscribe to the newsletter, apply to the Cincinnati Investor Pod, register for an event such as the SARE Cincinnati Field Trip, apply to be a podcast guest, or book a call. - Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, occupation, investing experience and goals, social profile links, and anything else you type into a form or booking calendar. If you register for an event, this can include a screenshot you upload as proof of payment.
- Technical information: this website does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider and the embedded tools described below may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How we use your information
- To respond to your messages and schedule calls.
- To send the newsletter and other updates you asked for.

We use service providers to run this website and our programs. They process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for forms, booking calendars, contact records, email and text messaging, and the community hub at pod.cincycashflow.com.
- Google for email (Google Workspace) and web fonts.
- Vercel for website hosting.
- Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube, which this website links to.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies. The embedded forms and calendars, and the third-party sites we link to, may set cookies under their own policies.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ian@cincycashflow.com.
